Why do the index.dat files still exist after I erase them?
The index.dat files are always LOCKED during a Windows session and can not be removed while logged on. NetDuster will erase them when you reboot the system, if you wish. After Windows has restarted, new files are automatically created with the same name but contain no data.
How long do I have to wait to receive my activation code after I place the order?
